Commemorative Medallions

The Weehawken Historical Commission is proud to offer the public to own a piece of American History: The Official Commemorative Medallion for the Bicentennial of the Hamilton - Burr Duel.

Issued in a limited edition of 1,804, the official commemorative medallion for the Bicentennial of the Hamilton - Burr Duel was struck within a mile of the spot in Weehawken, NJ where Alexander Hamilton and Aaron Burr met on the fateful morning of July 11, 1804.

Each medallion is accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity bearing the signature of the Mayor of Weehawken.

These beautiful bronze medallions are available for just $35 each. Each medallion comes in a clear acrylic capsule to preserve its quality for years to come.

Your medallions will be shipped by United States Postal Service Priority Mail at no extra charge.

All proceeds from the sales of these medallions will be used to fund the work of the Weehawken Historical Commission, allowing us to continue our work to preserve Weehawken's rich history and make it accessible to the public.
